This mod does one simple thing and one simple thing only, it adds a way for the player to customize their block outline using the in-game config.
Here is a photo of the config menu where you can change the color via a colorwheel and the width of the block outlines. Also if you are really feeling up to it you can make the outline rainbow and change the speed (honestly wouldn't go above 2 as it get really fast)

How to Install Customizable Blockoutlines on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set neoforge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the neoforge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Customizable Blockoutlines". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
