About this Mod

DataPack Auto Download

DPAD is a mod that will let datapack developers automatically specify dependencies that they are using in their pack.mcmeta file, these dependencies are then downloaded when the world loads.

Datapack dependencies will install and function directly.
Mod dependencies will require a restart.
Resource pack dependencies are sent to all clients on join, similar to server resource packs.

How to Install DataPackAutoDownload on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.19.2).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "DataPackAutoDownload". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
