About this Mod

This mod for Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.10 implements a straightforward consequence for player mortality.

Function:

When a player dies, they are instantly kicked from the server. The player retains the ability to immediately rejoin the game.

The purpose of this mod is to force a momentary, mandatory exit and re-entry upon death, effectively resetting the player's session for a hardcore-esque feel.

How to Install DeathKick on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.11).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "DeathKick". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
