To customize the wait time for the soulport stone just go into the config named :(Deathlink_wait_config) and change the number , the number is in seconds so setting it to 5 delays it for 5 seconds
You can also change the config named ( Deathlink_item_config ) if the value in the config is set to 1 then the player will recieve a Soulport Stone upon respawning, if the value is to 0 the player will not recieve a Soulport Stone upon respawning

How to Install Deathlink on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.2).
Install Mod
