though i intend for you to learn how to get to descent through gameplay, i thought i'd leave some info on how to get to the dimension for those who are lost:

to get to the descent dimension, first go to the nether as you cannot get there in the overworld. then, build a portal out of quartz blocks, and light it with flame. congratulations, you have made it to descent and can begin your journey

How to Install Descent Dimension on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended).
Set datapack Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the datapack loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.10).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Descent Dimension". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
