About this Mod
DigiLights provides simple colored lights for your builds. Cheap, simple crafting recipes, and a wide variety of colors and styles.
To start, make a white lamp:

White Lamp recipe: glass, redstone dust, glowstone dust.
(See the gallery for all the available blocks.)
To make a lamp smooth, "sand" it with sand!
To un-smooth a lamp, beat it with rocks! (Craft it with a cobblestone.)
To invert a lamp, just put it back in the crafting table.
To make a blackbody/color temperature lamp, craft a White Lamp with an Iron Nugget.
To warm a blackbody lamp, add up to 8 torches with it in a crafting table (down to 2000K)
To cool a blackbody lamp, add up to 8 snowballs with it (up to 10000K)
This is version 1.0, and was made for a private SMP. More is planned in the future!

DigiLights server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is DigiLights compatible with forge?
DigiLights officially supports forge for Minecraft 1.20.1. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with DigiLights – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if DigiLights consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
