About this Mod
Dimension Level Weather adds independent weather and time control to every dimension. Set rain and thunder in the Nether, freeze time in the End, or configure any custom dimension — without affecting anything else.
What it does
By default, Minecraft only has weather in the overworld. This mod changes that — every dimension can have its own weather state, its own time, and its own environmental rules.
Rain and thunder work fully in the Nether and End. Fire gets extinguished, crops get watered, cauldrons fill, Channeling works, Endermen take damage, and Riptide activates — all exactly as you'd expect. If a biome is cold enough, it will snow instead of rain.

Configuration
A config file at config/dimension-level-weather.json lets you tune weather cycle behaviour per dimension — thunder chance, rain duration, and clear duration.

How to Install Dimension Level Weather on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (26.2).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Dimension Level Weather". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Dimension Level Weather server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (26.2). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Dimension Level Weather compatible with fabric?

Server lagging with Dimension Level Weather – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Dimension Level Weather consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
