Disable Lighting makes the light level always 15

About this Mod

Unlike most other fullbright mods, Disable Lighting prevents your game from performing the lighting calculations entirely. This mod only runs on the client side.

If you want fullbright, you may as well make your computer not do the math for it. This has the side effect of making F3 always display Light level: 15, which is good since it's proof that it's working, but it can be bad if you still need to know how much light certain blocks have.

I couldn't find any mods that did this on 1.21, so I made my own!

How to Install Disable Lighting on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (26.1.2).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Disable Lighting". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
