About this Mod
DiscCord is a Minecraft mod that introduces a Custom Disc. This Custom Disc can have a URL written to it (Youtube, Discord CDN, Dropbox, Google Drive), allowing you to play any song you can think of in a Jukebox.
Just craft the Custom Record, Right-click it and insert a URL. After which it can be inserted into the Jukebox to play the song.

Important note!
This mod requires the user to install FFmpeg and YoutubeDL into the dedicated folder in config/disccord/
There is a config option to install it for you which will grab the required executable from a third party website. (Use with caution)
Credits
This mod is A NeoForge version based on the fabric mod URL Music Discs which was a mod that added the same feature. The original mod has been archived and the Modrinth page it was hosted on states it's no longer maintained.

How to Install DiscCord on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (26.1.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "DiscCord". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

DiscCord server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (26.1.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is DiscCord compatible with forge and neoforge?
DiscCord officially supports forge, neoforge for Minecraft 26.1.1, 1.21.11, 1.21.7. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with DiscCord – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if DiscCord consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
