About this Mod

Door Knocker (Forge) is an unofficial forge port of the Door Knocker Fabric mod by MeowMC.

This mod adds one thing to the game:

The ability to knock on doors and trapdoors.

This can really improve immersion for role playing users and can also just be a nice thing to have when playing with friends!

Known Issues:
Any help with these issues via PR would be extremely welcome.

Can be spammed (needs a cooldown)
Occurs at the end of breaking a door (Either the cooldown or a change in the event type would fix this issue)
Occurs when breaking a door (maybe only activate if the button has been held down for less than a certain period of time)

How to Install Door Knocker (Forge) on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set forge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Door Knocker (Forge)". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
