Introduction
Leafy Piles is a single-use mod, adding "leaf piles" to the game, that act like leaf textured carpet.
Leaf piles break easily (single punch, or flowing water), and can only be dropped using silk touch hoe, or shears to break them.
Unlike carpet, leaf piles are freestanding, and can therefor 'float', allowing you to create new unique builds.
Just like leaves in Minecraft, the leaf piles will change color based on the biome they are placed in, to match the leaves you would find in that biome.
Setup
Place the mod jar in the mods folder for either server or client.
Config
There is no configuration. Simply install and run
Crafting
To craft a leaf pile, simply place 3 leaf blocks in a horizontal row, to receive 6 leaf pile blocks.
Known Incompatibilities
- None yet
CURRENT REMARKS
I only make mods that I personally have use for that I cannot find anywhere else. This mod was made as a one off for 'leaf carpet' that could be found in other mods, but not without other unwanted functions. This mod may or may not be updated over time.
Other Projects
[Book of Blocks]- A minecraft version of Terraria's Journey Mode, allowing you to pay to research and unlock blocks and items in-game. Fully customizable for a great gameplay experience.

Server lagging with EB's Leafy Piles – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if EB's Leafy Piles consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
