About this Mod

All players start as humans. After death, a player turns into an infected with negative effects. To cure yourself, eat a golden apple. The admin chooses one of three game modes that affect difficulty and rules.

Modes:

Fast — Keep inventory on, instant respawn, infected have no debuffs, cure is disabled.

Normal — Keep inventory on, normal respawn, infected are slower, cure works.

Long — Keep inventory off, normal respawn, infected are slower, have mining fatigue and reduced health, cure works.

Commands:

/infection menu — open mode selection menu

/infection mode <fast|normal|long> — set game mode

/infection status — show current mode and team stats

How to Install Echoes of Infection on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.4).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Echoes of Infection". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
