Wear chest armor and elytra at the same time.

Vanilla forces you to choose between your chestplate and your elytra. Elytra Slot adds a dedicated slot for the elytra so you can wear full chest armor and fly — no trade-off required.

✨ Features
Dedicated Curios back slot for elytra — separate from your chestplate slot
Wear Netherite, Diamond, or any chestplate while gliding
Gliding activates exactly like vanilla — double-jump while falling
Elytra and chestplate both render correctly in third-person
Fireworks boost works normally from the Curios slot
Elytra durability depletes naturally — Mending and Unbreaking work
Cannot equip elytra in both slots at once (prevents exploits)
Chest slot elytra still works normally if preferred
Silent Gear compatible — glider items detected
Custom elytra icon in the Curios panel

🔧 Installation
Install NeoForge 21.11.x for Minecraft 1.21.1
Drop Curios API into your mods/ folder
Drop Elytra Slot into your mods/ folder
Launch — open inventory and press G to access the Curios menu
⚠ Must be installed on both client and server.

Does this work with Trinkets or Baubles?
No — built specifically for Curios API on NeoForge.

Can I still use the vanilla chest slot for elytra?
Yes — the vanilla slot is completely untouched. The Curios slot is additive.

Will there be Fabric or Forge support?
No plans at this time. NeoForge only.

Can I add this to my modpack?
Yes — freely, just give credit.
