About this Mod

Eternal Shield Bead

A minimalist mod that introduces a single item: the Eternal Shield Bead.

By right-clicking on a creature while holding the bead, you grant it a permanent "Eternal Shield" effect. This effect cannot be removed by conventional means—affected entities become immune to death, always retaining 1% health upon receiving fatal damage. However, as a trade-off, all damage dealt by the affected entity is multiplied by its current health percentage.

Each Eternal Shield Bead can be used 10 times. Using it on a creature that already has the "Eternal Shield" effect will remove the status (without consuming a use).

How to Install Eternal Shield Bead on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set forge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Eternal Shield Bead". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
