Every Day Without Sleep you get more tired making certain actions harder.

There are 5 stages of Exhaustion

Day 1: A Simple Warning to sleep

Day 2: Minor Debuffs

Day 3: Disable Sprinting and major debuffs

Day 4: Attacking Wont Work And Even More Major Debuffs

Day 5: Eventually you will die from Exhaustion
