About this Mod

There's some blocks that don't have recipes... So we made them have recipes!

INFORMATION

ExtraRecipe brings crafting recipes for items like spawn eggs!

HOW IT WORKS

Recipes for tools are the same, and spawn eggs are just 4 white wool in a + shape with the item that mob drops in the middle of the grid.

WHAT WE MADE

Recipes for netherite items, spawn eggs, horse armor and more!

HOW TO INSTALL/DOWNLOAD

Use a client that lets you use Fabric loader. Lunar Client or Feather Client being a good option. Select the version 1.21.8. After you have your fabric loader all setup and ready, download the latest version of the mod (recommended for the best experience), put it in your mods folder, launch the game (if already launched, close and reopen), then it should be good to go!

How to Install ExtraRecipe on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.8).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "ExtraRecipe". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

ExtraRecipe server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.8). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Is ExtraRecipe compatible with fabric and neoforge?

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if ExtraRecipe consumes the most tick time.
