About this Mod

Collect a set of fossils to display, or throw them into a crafting grid for an alternative source of Bonemeal.

There are five varieties to collect, found in various biomes. They're few and far between, but each fossil provides multiple Bonemeal when processed on the crafting grid.

I wanted an easy alternative to Bones for Bonemeal that didn't involve Skeletons or or Compost. They're also fun to dig up and somewhat realistic.

How to Install Fossil Bonemeal Ore on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended).

Set forge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Fossil Bonemeal Ore". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
