About this Mod

Are you looking for a way to add guinea pigs to Minecraft? Well, you found it!

This mod adds 9 guinea pig variants to the game:

Black
White
Gray
Red
Black Dutch
Brown & White
Himalayan
Black & Tan
Tricolor

Guinea pigs spawn in forest biomes.
They are tamable with dandelions and can be bred with dandelions, grass, carrots and apples (also with the golden variants)..
Guinea pigs are always hungry, so they squeek and will follow you when you are nearby with one of their favorite foods.

Guinea pigs drop fertilizer every once in a while, just like chickens lay eggs. If you own guinea pigs you know how much of it they drop;)
You can use the fertilizer just like bonemeal.
Tamed guinea pigs can sit, follow (green particles spawn) or wander (smoke particles spawn) by right clicking them.

How to Install Guinea Pig Variety on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended).

Set forge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.4).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Guinea Pig Variety". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
