this mod change the speed of the happy ghasts when you are riding or not, 90% slower when noone is riding, 2x faster when riding

if you are tired of happy ghasts left you hang it out, this mod make them very slow, by default happy ghasts move very slow, so with this mod those move 2x faster when riding, is open source so here you go
