This mod adds horizontal border in your world.

By configuring side of borders and heights for each player is set for each dimensions, so that players cannot enter altitudes below (or above) it.

Commands

/hl count <time>
Sets grace time when entering prohibited area.
/hl set <player> <dimension> <limit> <isSkySide>
Sets limit height and side.

How to Install HorizonLimit on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.2).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "HorizonLimit". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
