Mod Description

Ever thought that when switching slots of your hot bar, a sound should play? Well, you came to the right place!

Hotbar Scrolling Sound is a client-sided only Minecraft mod for the Fabric Loader, that plays a little "tick" sound, when switching slots of your hotbar. The mod is configurable with 2 commands that the mod adds:

  1. /togglehotbarscrollingsound <**ENABLED**|**DISABLED**>
  2. /hotbarsounds:scrollingvolume <**scrollingVolume**> (Min: 0.0, Max: 2.0)

Example usage for command No.1:

/togglehotbarscrollingsound ENABLED

Example usage for command No.2:

/hotbarsounds:scrollingvolume 0.5

Why Download?

This mod plays a sound to the player when switching Hotbar slots, which is a missing UI sound. It also increases the Q.O.L (Quality of Life), of Minecraft.

How to Install Hotbar Scrolling Sound on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.3).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Hotbar Scrolling Sound". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
