Ice Enchantments
This mod adds the Frost Aspect and Frost enchantment for swords and bows, respectively. For Frost Aspect, there is Frost Aspect I and Frost Aspect II.

About this Mod
This mod adds the Frost Aspect and Frost enchantment for swords and bows, respectively. For Frost Aspect, there is Frost Aspect I and Frost Aspect II. Both Frost and Frost Aspect are common enchantments, that can be gotten from villager trades and loot tables. When being hit by them, the affected entity will taken frozen damage like that received from powdered snow, slowing the mob down and freezing them for a few seconds. Frost Aspect is not compatible with Fire Aspect, likewise Frost is not compatible with Flame.
This mod is basically done being made. If you notice any bugs or have any ideas for another ice enchantment, please let me know in the comments or privately message me.

How to Install Ice Enchantments on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.10).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Ice Enchantments". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Ice Enchantments server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.10). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Ice Enchantments compatible with forge and neoforge?
Ice Enchantments officially supports forge, neoforge for Minecraft 1.21.10, 1.21.9, 1.21.8. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Ice Enchantments – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Ice Enchantments consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
