About this Mod
Using this mod, shields will behave as follows:
- You can attack even while blocking.
- You can walk at normal speed while blocking.
- The shield's display position lowers, making it easier to see ahead.
When used on a server, the mod’s features remain disabled unless the server administrator explicitly opts in.

How to Install Improved Shield on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.11).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Improved Shield". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
