About this Mod
Summary
Experience Tweaks is a small mod that enhances Experience and Anvils with many customizations.
The mod
Experience
Players
- Players now drop 80% of experience on death and no longer 7 levels at most
- Levelling up always requires a fixed amount of experience instead of exponential
- Players pick up experience faster
Dropped
- Mobs drop more experience per equipment piece (even more if enchanted)
- Bottle o' enchanting always drop a full level of experience
- You now get experience for shearing sheep, gather honey(comb) from bee hives and brushing suspicious blocks
- You can apply a multiplier on how much experience mobs, blocks and in general drop (disabled by default)
Anvil
- Repairing items cost less material than used to craft an item and costs just a bit of xp without having increasing cost.
- The anvil has a lower chance to break
- Renaming no longer costs levels and will not break the Anvil
- Anvils can be fixed with Iron Blocks
