Inventory Scale
(OUTDATED! Use "Better Screens" mod!) Allows customizing your inventory and container scaling independent of GUI scale.
About this Mod
This mod has been replaced!
Inventory scale is now unmaintained. 1.21.5 is the last version to work without any known vanilla issues. TL;DR - use Better Screens!
Reasoning
Inventory Scale changes the way Scale works in a mod incompatible way. Mods have no way of knowing the inventory is being scaled and so many flat out break when this mod is enabled. You may have noticed that Blur+ and Controlify work, but that is because I manually patched them to work. If either mod were to update their code, my patches would break. Obviously, maintaining patches for every single mod that breaks with Inventory Scale is unfeasible, and so it was clear the only path forward was to rewrite the mod from the ground up in a way that solves these shortcomings.
Use the new mod Better Screens!
This mod was originally taken and adapted from Dulkir. As such, I decided to make it its own project and give it the same license. Now that the new version of this feature is no longer based on Dulkir, rather than using this project, it has been added to my other mod Better Screens, which has the goal of improving the screen experience, as the name suggests. Look for "Container Scale" in that mod's config. It is different to Inventory Scale, however. Fractional scaling was removed as it's difficult to pull off correctly, and Mojang no longer supports fractions as gui scales in the vanilla code. Additionally, this mod is only 1.21.8+ as it reworked how screens are rendered and I don't have the time to look into backporting (but I do accept PRs!)

Inventory Scale server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.8). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Inventory Scale compatible with fabric?
Inventory Scale officially supports fabric for Minecraft 1.21.8, 1.21.5, 1.21.4. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Inventory Scale – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Inventory Scale consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
