About this Mod
Jamboree
A Minecraft Fabric mod containing miscellaneous utility stuff (including for MCC Island)
Requires Minecraft 1.21 or higher, Fabric Language Kotlin,
and Yet Another Config Lib.
Mod Menu is an optional dependency
(though I'd recommend it unless you are particularly fond of editing
config JSON files by hand).
(Some features require Noxesium - see below)
- 🫙 General Features
- Chat Ding: play a sound when certain phrases or words appear in messages in chat
- Adjust Rendering: various toggles to be able to adjust the rendering of the game
- Hide Block Outlines: hide block outlines when the player is in creative mode (useful for recording from an external perspective in creative mode when you don't want to be able to see block outlines, but do want to be able to see the rest of the UI)
- Hide Scoreboard: hide scoreboard when the player is in creative mode (useful for recording in creative mode when you don't want to be able to see the scoreboard, but do want to be able to see the rest of the UI)
- 🏝️ MCC Island Features
- Compact Fishing: combine multiple messages shown when catching a fish on MCC Island in to one message (requires Noxesium, compatible with MCC Fishing Messages mod)

Jamboree server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (26.1.2). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Jamboree compatible with fabric?
Jamboree officially supports fabric for Minecraft 26.1.2, 26.1.1, 26.1. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Jamboree – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Jamboree consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
