Small Q&A!
What does this add / do?
- This mod allows you too double jump and boost jump, increasing the jump height to 5+ blocks. (Both of the bars will consume hunger over time, you will also take damage from both so be cautious when using them!)
Will this mod be ported to forge or neoforge?
- Nope. I just don't have the time to maintain multiple mod versions. You can look at the
DEV TALKpage here for a detailed answer.
How do i get access to betas?
- You can access betas via my Ko-fi page!
Can you add… / How do you use…?
- You can suggest stuff on the github issues page. I will also try answer any questions! The mod also has a wiki so make sure to check there too.

Jump² server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Jump² compatible with fabric?
Jump² officially supports fabric for Minecraft 1.20.1. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Jump² – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Jump² consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
