About this Mod

A lightweight server-side mod that helps you "Keep It Secret" by stopping nameplates from showing through blocks. If you or your pet is hiding behind a block, their nameplates will be blocked by the block as well! You can easily configure this by using the gamerule commands if you want this feature enabled for players or mobs. Gamerules are set to false by default so you should turn it on when you get in game.

How to Install KeepItSecret on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set neoforge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the neoforge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.10).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "KeepItSecret". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
