Launch Screen Changer is a mod that allows you to recolor the launch loading screen that shows when you launch the game (duh) and when you apply a resource pack. You can recolor the launch screen by going to the config screen from the main menu. Once you change the config and relaunch, it will apply.

How to Install Launch Screen Changer on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.4).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Launch Screen Changer". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
