About this Mod

Lavaloggable

Bring balance to the fluids!
This mod extends Minecraft’s familiar waterlogging mechanic to lava, letting certain blocks safely coexist with molten rock instead of removing it.

Features

  • Adds lavalogging support to:
    • - Stairs
    • - Slabs
    • - Fences
    • - Walls
    • - Copper grates
    • - Anvils
    • - Iron bars
  • By default, only non‑flammable variants (stone, metal, etc.) can be lavalogged.
  • Behavior is fully configurable via a simple JSON file, so you can whitelist blocks to your taste.

Why use it?

  • Expands building possibilities in Nether bases and lava‑themed builds.
  • Keeps parity with waterlogging.
  • Lightweight, vanilla‑aligned, and designed for compatibility.

Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.10). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Is Lavaloggable compatible with fabric?

Lavaloggable officially supports fabric for Minecraft 1.21.10, 1.21.4. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.

Server lagging with Lavaloggable – how to optimize performance?

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Lavaloggable consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
