About this Mod

What is this mod?

This is a very simple and lightweight mod that allows you to detach the camera from your character and leave it in place while you walk away. It's useful for content creators who are recording videos.

Additional info

While the camera is detached, you can't freely look around, instead your character will move
The mod does not allow flying or interacting with the world from the detached camera, but you can still interact from your character while camera detached

How to Install LeaveMyCamera on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (26.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "LeaveMyCamera". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
