About this Mod

This is an extremely simple mod that allows you to edit a sign again by right-clicking it, and it has been open-sourced on GitHub.

Tip: This mod is a client-side only mod. However, even if the server does not have this mod installed, players on the client side can still use the mod normally on the server.

How to Install LegacyCanEditSign on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.8.9).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "LegacyCanEditSign". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
