Lethal Environments
Adds specific environmental effects depending on the dimension
About this Mod
Lethal Environments
Lethal Environments adds persistent status effects tied to the dimension and biome the player is in, simulating hostile environmental conditions and increasing immersion.
In the Nether, the mod sets the player on fire, forcing the use of Fire Resistance potions to survive and adding tension to exploration. In the End, the player is afflicted with the Wither effect, reflecting the toxic and oppressive atmosphere of the dimension.
The goal is to enhance RPG-style gameplay by adapting states and effects to the player’s surroundings, making each dimension feel more dangerous and unique. More effects will be added soon, including compatibility with biomes and dimensions from popular mods.
