This mod is no longer needed in MC 1.21 (or newer) as the bug has been fixed on 24w20a (1.21).
A small mod that fixed experience bug after teleporting across dimensions MC-124177. So small that you don't even need FabricAPI!
For Forge users: Forge support will be stopped at MC1.20.2, future updates will only support NeoForge. Please consider migrating from LexForge to NeoForge.
You can test if this mod working properly by creating a superflat creative world, go into flight mode then execute these sequence of commands:
/effect give @p minecraft:night_vision 99999 1 true/execute in the_nether run tp @s ~ 10 ~/execute in overworld run tp @s ~ 10 ~
If you still have night vision without having to wait a few seconds or experience doesn't disappear or your character is still in flight mode, then the mod is working.

How to Install LibreExpFix (Fixes "0 Experience" Bug) on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.6).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "LibreExpFix (Fixes "0 Experience" Bug)". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
