Named baby animals will never grow up!
They will stay babies forever.

"Naming" a named entity with an Unnamed NameTag will Unname the entity; this can be used to allow a baby mob to grow (though, they're vulnerable to despawning).

This mod was inspired by Scotty!

A sever I played on had a feature for keeping animals as babies but it did not work.

Scotty is fine but I wanted a reliable way to have this functionality.

How to Install Lil Guy on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.11).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Lil Guy". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
