About this Mod

⚠️ This mod is in beta and not well tested, please report any issues to this projects GitHub Issues and not to the original authors!!
Locking
The mod adds several locks with different materials and enchantments. You can protect you stuff from other players, but they can try to steal you stuff by lockpicking.
World Generation
Not only players would want to protect their stuff. Now chests and other valuable containers are locked! You can configure lock generation using Loot Table through datapacks.
Lockpicking
You found a chest but there's a lock on it? This mod also allows you lockpick a block. You must guess the correct order. Use movement keys to move the pick on a pin and press forward to try picking it. If next pin you tried picked is correct the pin will open or you can break your lockpick based how well it's built.

Notable Differences from Locks Unofficial/Reforked
Locking system written from scratch and instead of weird area locking system, locks can now only be attached to block entity (though with an experimental locking of any other block). Chests are able to lock correctly, identical to how vanilla obscure locking work.
Updated textures, wood stuff replaced by copper as this would have much more sense in modern minecraft.
