About this Mod
Loler's Gems adds gems infused with a mob's essence. These gems grant their users abilities and/or perks.

Gem Abilities/Perks
Each gem has either a perk or an ability.
An example of a gem with an ability is the blaze gem, that when used, spews out fire like a flame thrower!
An example of a gem with a perk is the cat gem, that when held in either hand, stops fall damage!
How to Make Gems
You have to get the mob drops of your desired mob and put it in the gem infuser surrounding a gem base.
(Ex. Allay Gem)
HOW TO MAKE A GEM BASE
Put a diamond in the center of the crafting table, and then surround it with 4 quartz.
This mod also has JEI compat.

How to Install Loler's Gems on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Loler's Gems". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Loler's Gems server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Loler's Gems compatible with forge?
Loler's Gems officially supports forge for Minecraft 1.21.1, 1.21. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Loler's Gems – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Loler's Gems consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
