About this Mod
Adds lumber axes that fell logs like sand.

I developed this mod a while back because I wasn't satisfied with how trivial other mods made tree felling, some with "vein miner" mechanics, and others felling entire trees with a fancy animation after taking longer than obsidian to break. I wanted something closer to vanilla, something that I'd believe existed in the base game. I believe this mod gets pretty close.
The axes, when used to break logs, cause supported logs to fall just like sand and gravel. It does not affect neighboring logs, however, so those annoying branches in the giant oak trees are unaffected.
While these axes inherit all the functionality of vanilla axes, I would remain cautious using them in their place, as they can cause your stylish log pillars to become gravitationally griefed.
Tip
The sand torch trick works on the logs.Available Versions
