About MC Blocks
MCBlocks adds some new decorative blocks in the game.
It includes some blocks in Minecraft 1.18+.
Why did I make this?
- I wanted to have the 1.18+ blocks added into some older version because it would fit in nicer with my builds.
- For you guys to make cooler builds with the blocks accessible from newer versions.
What versions does this support?
- 1.15.2 ✅

- Fabric (It's not a no, it's a not now)
What are some things you want to add in the future?
- Stairs
- Copper and it's oxidization mechanic.
How to obtain the Blocks
Please note that any recipes that include smelting a material are BLASTING recipes, you can look through JEI for recipes aswell. Their variations are how you craft them in 1.17+

Available Versions
How to Install MCBlocks on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.16.5).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "MCBlocks". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

MCBlocks server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.16.5). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is MCBlocks compatible with forge?
MCBlocks officially supports forge for Minecraft 1.16.5, 1.16.4, 1.15.2. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with MCBlocks – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if MCBlocks consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
