About this Mod

McSimpleCycle

Recycling made simple!

Any item that uses metal in its construction can be smelted to reclaim some metal.

The minecraft smelting screen. A copper grate is being smelted and copper nuggets are in the furnace output

  • For every ingot used in its recipe 2 nuggets will be returned
  • For evey 5 nuggets one will be returned (minimum one will always come back)
  • For every block 18 nuggets will be reclaimed

For example:

Iron door: 6 iron ingots --> 3 iron doors = 2 ingots/door: recycles to 4 iron nuggets

Copper chain: 2 copper nuggets + 1 copper ingot: recycles to 3 copper nuggets

Frequently Asked Questions

McSimpleCycle server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.11). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Is McSimpleCycle compatible with fabric?

McSimpleCycle officially supports fabric for Minecraft 1.21.11, 1.21.10, 1.21.9. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.

Server lagging with McSimpleCycle – how to optimize performance?

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if McSimpleCycle consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
