Mini Music Tweaks
Mini Music Tweaks is a client-side mod that enhances Minecraft's music by adding dynamic combat
music, the music toast notifications from 1.21.6, and overhauled jukebox audio.

- Play configurable combat music when you take damage or when a specified number of hostile mobs pursue you. The
music naturally fades out after a configurable amount of time after the battle ends. - Disabled by default.

- Whenever background music or a music disc starts playing, a toast notification will

- Better Jukeboxes
- Vanilla music now smoothly crossfades with jukebox music, based on distance from the jukebox.
- Replaces the default jukebox audio falloff with a system that smoothly crossfades and adjusts
volume based on your distance from the jukebox. - Jukebox music now plays in mono, fixing the annoying "orbital" effect when not facing the jukebox directly.

- Added a config option to change the frequency of in-game background music (default, frequent, or constant).

Modpack / Resource Pack Support
Modpack developers and resource pack makers can fully customize the metadata displayed in Music Toasts. You can provide
titles and authors for any track by including a music_tweaks/musics.json file.

How to Install Mini Music Tweaks on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (26.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Mini Music Tweaks". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Mini Music Tweaks server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (26.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Mini Music Tweaks compatible with fabric and forge and neoforge?
Mini Music Tweaks officially supports fabric, forge, neoforge for Minecraft 26.1, 1.21.1, 1.20.1. Note: Forge and Fabric mods are NOT cross-compatible – pick one loader and stick with it. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Mini Music Tweaks – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Mini Music Tweaks consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
