MissBarbare's Palette is a mod aiming to bring plenty of varied and colorful blocks
The goal had plenty of blocks that come from all around the world.
Here's what added in the mods

New Wood Blocks:

• Cactus wood , a new woodtype crafted from vanilla cactus
• Wood shingles , new wood blocks with slab and stairs included for all wood types
• Wooden bars and grates crafted from sticks and coming in all the wood types.
  -(Wood shingles , bars and grates are also available in all of Nature's Spirit Wood Type if you have the mod installed)

New Stones Blocks:

• Black Quartz coming with all the blocks you can expect from vanilla quartz.
• Checker Block , the perfect block to create a kitchen floor
• Cut Stone Blocks coming with stairs and slab
• Dirty Stone Blocks , the same as the cut stone but you can put plant on top.
• Granite Bricks coming with stairs , slab and wall
• Diorite Bricks , same as the Granite Bricks
• Andesite Bricks , same as the Diorite Bricks
• Mossy Bricks for Granite , Diorite , Andesite , Deepslate , Tuff , Mud and regular bricks
• Sculk Bricks also coming with stairs , slab and wall
• Terracotta Shingles coming with stairs , slab in all the terracotta colors

Every other blocks added

• Honeycomb bricks coming in blocks , stairs , slab and walls
• Polished Honeycomb Block coming in blocks ,stairs , slab , wall , pressure plate and button
• Deep Lamps , a light block crafted from iron and glow ink that can be dyed
• Coral Bricks , coming in all kind of coral and can be waxed
• Waxed Coral Block (they don't die outside of water)
• Turtles Tiles , crafted with turtle scute and stone come with stairs , slab and walls
• Blaze Bricks , coming with stairs , slab , wall and fences
• Smooth Blaze Blocks , Blaze Bricks inside of a furnace become Smooth Blaze Blocks and can be crafted into stairs and slab.
• Breeze Bricks , work the same as the Blaze Bricks
• Smooth Breeze Blocks , also work the same as Blaze Bricks
• Cut Iron Block , you can now craft iron block into cut iron block with stairs and slab
• Iron Grate , work the same as the Copper Grate
• Dripweave , a block crafted from Dripleaf block they come in stairs , slab and wall and you can place vegetation including small dripleaves on top
• Big Flower Bush , you can now craft big flower bush from roses , sunflowers , lilac and peony.
  -Copper Strip a light block that can be rotated inspired by officials mojang concept arts
