About this Mod

Simple utility mod that allows servers (including integrated servers) to pause when all connected clients are paused/on a pauseable screen.

You can also configure it to pause servers when there are no clients connected (to save your CPU!) and to send a chat message when the server pauses.

Also adds a /pause command for Ops to force a pause on the server regardless of the pause state of clients.

Required on both client and server.

How to Install Multiplayer Server Pause on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.5).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Multiplayer Server Pause". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
