Experience a new way to enjoy music in Minecraft with Musithy! This mod adds a Retro Boombox and Cassette Tapes that play Minecraft-styled music created from in-game block sounds. There are four Default Cassettes, one Nether Cassette, and one End Cassette, each with unique tracks that match their theme. Cassettes cannot be crafted but can be found as rare loot: Default Cassettes drop from Creepers and can be found in spawner chests, the Nether Cassette is obtained through Piglin bartering or found in Bastion chests, and the End Cassette is hidden in End City chests. Insert a Cassette into the Retro Boombox to bring atmospheric, handcrafted music into your world. Whether you're relaxing at home or exploring new dimensions, Musithy enhances your Minecraft adventure with immersive, block-based melodies!

How to Install Musithy on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.4).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Musithy". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Musithy server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.4). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Musithy compatible with forge and neoforge?
Musithy officially supports forge, neoforge for Minecraft 1.21.4, 1.21.3, 1.21.2. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Musithy – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Musithy consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
