About this Mod

system dialogue

A simple mod that sends a system dialogue or a chat message (or a minecraft screen warning WIP) when the allocated memory is above or below a configurable threshold. This is meant for modpack developers. The config is at config/nekosmemorywarming-common and is also accessible via in-game client menu.

Tested on Linux and Windows 11
(the system pop-up probably doesn't work on MacOS)

How to Install Neko's Memory Warning on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set neoforge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the neoforge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Neko's Memory Warning". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
