About this Mod

No Books wipes all book-related items from the game: regular books, enchanted books, book & quill, written books, even bookshelf recipes that require them. You can’t enchant the normal way, can’t store text, and can’t use any loot-book mechanics. It turns the game into a more raw, grindy survival experience where you rely only on your gear and crafting skills without enchantments or book-based progression.

How to Install No Books on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.10).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "No Books". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
