About this Mod

No Coal deletes every source of coal in the game: coal ore, raw coal drops, coal in loot chests, and even villager trades. You can’t craft torches with coal, can’t smelt using it, and can’t rely on it for early fuel or XP. Players are forced to use alternatives like charcoal, lava buckets, or renewable fuels. This small change completely shifts the early-game, making caves darker, smelting slower, and progression more challenging.

How to Install No Coal on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.10).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "No Coal". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
