No Crying Over Spilled Milk
A customizable Keep Inventory.
About this Mod
Has this ever happened to you?

If not you, then probably someone you know. One wrong move, one unlucky skill check, and all your gear is gone… instantly.
Many players turn to the keepInventory game rule to avoid this, but let’s be honest, it removes much of the risk and reward that makes Minecraft exciting.
🥛 No Crying Over Spilled Milk
That’s why I created this server-side mod. Using a simple config file, you can:
- Customize which items are dropped on death
- Decide how much of each item you keep
Each item type is assigned a percentage representing the chance to keep it.
For example: 🍎 Food at 50% → each individual piece of food has a 50/50 chance to stay in your inventory. You might keep some, you might lose some. The randomness keeps every death meaningful.
Want to guarantee certain types of items stay safe anyway? Just set their percentage to 100%, and they’re yours to keep.
What sets this apart from vanilla keepInventory isn’t the items you keep, but the ones you choose to risk.
