No Lapis Lazuli
Enchanting no longer requires Lapis Lazuli.
About this Mod
This lightweight, functional mod is designed to streamline the enchanting table upgrade process in Minecraft 1.8 and later versions, restoring a more intuitive and cost-effective classic crafting experience.
By modifying the underlying mechanics of the enchanting table, it completely removes the mandatory requirement for Lapis Lazuli for all enchantments.
Simplified Enchanting
When enchanting an item, you will no longer need to consume valuable Lapis Lazuli. Simply place the item to be enchanted in the slot with sufficient experience levels, and the enchantment process will complete.
You may leave the second slot (fuel slot) empty and place the item to be enchanted in the subsequent slots directly — the enchanting table will still display enchantments as normal.
Preserved Vanilla Experience
If you happen to have Lapis Lazuli on hand and wish to use it, the mod still supports placing Lapis Lazuli for regular enchanting and will consume it accordingly.
