About this Mod

Nocturne Lanterns

Nocturne Lanterns is a Fabric mod that adds new lantern variants that dynamically change depending on the time of day. When it turns night, the lanterns will turn on. When dawn arrives, the lanterns will turn off.

Imortant Note:
Copper Lanterns are not available until version 1.21.9 of minecraft or 1.0.0+mc1.21.9 of the mod.

Crafting Recipes

Default Recipe
GIF Showing crafting recipes for each lantern variant. Bottom middle is a daylight sensor on all recipes. One variant has iron ingots on the outside ring of slots with a torch in the middle. Another variant is the same as the previous but with a soul torch. Last variant has copper nuggets instead of iron nuggets and a copper torch instead of a normal or soul torch.

How to Install Nocturne Lanterns on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (26.1.2).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Nocturne Lanterns". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
